Day-to-day operational demands consume your attention, leaving limited space to focus on leadership, long-term growth, structure, and the future direction of your business.
But it also brings complexity, responsibility, and noise. For many established business owners, the business becomes all-consuming. Decisions are made quickly. Opportunities are pursued, or missed, in real time.
This retreat-style programme is designed to give you space away from those pressures.
Bringing together a carefully selected group of ambitious business owners, the programme provides an environment intentionally removed from day-to-day operations, creating the opportunity for deeper strategic reflection and higher-quality discussion.
Delivered in partnership with Norwich Business School (UEA), the programme is focused on helping you build a stronger, more resilient, and more owner-independent business over the next three years.
Through strategic workshops, facilitated discussions, and peer collaboration, you will explore the key drivers of long-term value creation, including leadership, scalability, operational resilience, growth strategy, innovation, and reducing founder dependence.

You will also be invited to join The Sounding Board, an opportunity to meet regularly with peers and discuss business challenges and successes in a supportive, constructive setting.
