Client Services Manager
As Client Services Manager at Chadwicks, my priority is ensuring clients receive a seamless and reliable experience. I support our advisers and clients with all aspects of administration and investment processing, making sure everything runs smoothly so outcomes are delivered efficiently.
Alongside this, I contribute to HR and compliance administration, with a little marketing support when needed. I first joined Chadwicks in May 2000, and over the years my role has adapted to fit around family life, working full time, part time while my children were school‑age, and now back to full time as they’ve grown older.
My working life began in the late 1980s in London at a large financial services company, which later relocated to Kent where I spent nearly 10 years before moving to a smaller IFA practice. Returning to Norfolk in the late 1990s, I worked for Virgin Financial Services before an introduction led me to Chadwicks. From my experience, I realised I much preferred working in a smaller organisation, and I’ve stayed ever since.
Over the years I’ve gained financial services qualifications in Financial Planning and Life and Pensions Administration, and in 2021 I completed a BA (Hons) Degree in Leadership and Management.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, trying new places to eat, cinema, theatre, and shopping. I also volunteer as a Warden for the Friends of Horsey Seals, usually after some careful checking of the weather apps.
