Oliver Wisbey

I joined Chadwicks in September 2026, following the completion of my Master’s degree in Investment and Financial Management at the University of East Anglia.

Before starting the Master’s programme, I worked within the NHS as a Team Lead Occupational Therapist, specialising in frailty across the hospital’s medical wards. That role gave me considerable experience supporting people through complex and often difficult life decisions, as well as leading a clinical team in a busy healthcare environment. It also shaped how I work today, I learned early on how important it is to understand someone’s individual circumstances before helping them make a decision that matters to them.

I first came across Chadwicks at a UEA careers week, where I was struck by the firm’s holistic approach and its focus on working with professionals, business owners, and families who want their finances to feel joined-up, not fragmented across advisers and products. We stayed in touch, and I joined the team for work experience during my studies. I’m delighted to have now joined full-time, working towards the 5-year Graduate Trainee programme,  a proper grounding for the career ahead that all starts with me working within the client services team.

Outside the office, I enjoy cooking, keeping active in the gym, travelling, and watching football, for my sins, as a long-suffering Coventry City fan who has seen far more relegations and defeats than promotions and wins over the years.
