Operations
With over 10 years’ experience, I oversee operational efficiency, portfolio management processes, accounting, and the systems that keep the firm running smoothly behind the scenes. My role brings together technology, data, and day‑to‑day operational oversight to ensure our advisers, and ultimately our clients, benefit from a seamless, reliable experience. I joined Chadwicks in 2015 after returning from several years exploring the world, initially as a CRM Developer. Since then, my responsibilities have expanded significantly, and I now manage everything from trading and onboarding to internal systems, reporting, compliance processes, and key third‑party relationships.
Before joining the firm, I worked across a varied mix of industries, from an internet start‑up to helping customers of one of New Zealand’s largest wine producers choose the perfect bottle, a role that left me with an unusually accurate palate for identifying the vineyard origins of most New Zealand wines.
I hold an honours degree in Leadership and Management and am currently studying management accounting. I’ve always enjoyed the blend of analytical thinking and decision-making that comes with operational leadership, and I continue to explore how technology can improve accuracy, consistency, and client outcomes.
Outside of work, I’ve travelled to around 60 countries across six continents, a particular highlight being time spent with my wife in her home country of Brazil. I’m always eager to discover new places and new experiences whenever I can.
My specialism lies in building the operational foundations that allow advisers to focus on what matters most: our clients.
