Our commitment to community
We believe in actively supporting and advocating for people, ideas, and initiatives that make our region stronger, fairer, and more vibrant.
Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme is reflected in the values we live by independent thinking, lifelong learning, and human connection.
We’re proud to support organisations that challenge perspectives, nurture creativity, and provide vital support to those who need it most.
We focus our efforts locally, where we can build lasting relationships and see real impact. From the arts to education, food poverty to frontline support, we’re committed to making a meaningful difference in East Anglia.
Art Fair East
One of the most important things we do is help our clients see things differently. That’s why it’s a pleasure to support Art Fair East, which brings together extraordinary talent from international and regional collections. It opens our eyes to new perspectives and celebrates the richness of creative expression in the Eastern region.
This wonderful event takes place every year in the run up to Christmas.
Norfolk & Norwich Festival
We support the Festival’s Creative Leaders programme, an all-year-round initiative that forms part of the 17-day Festival held across Norfolk. From teachers and artists to emerging arts leaders, the programme offers mentoring, professional development, and bursaries to strengthen Norfolk’s cultural infrastructure.
We believe, in a busy world, we can sometimes lose focus on things that bring us joy! Creativity enriches our lives and helps us develop vital skills that we sometimes perceive to be less important. By partnering with the Festival and this programme, we believe it can only enhance the cultural landscape for Norfolk’s educators, artists, and young people.
Norfolk Community Foundation
Through our Masterclass donations, we support the Nourishing Norfolk mission; tackling food poverty and improving access to affordable, nutritious meals across the region. Established in 2022, the network offers practical support, advice, and resources to help communities combat food insecurity and ensure no one in Norfolk goes hungry.
The Magdalene Group
We’re proud to support The Magdalene Group, a specialist provider working within the Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) agenda. Their vital work supports women and girls who have experienced sexual violence, exploitation, grooming, and coercion, offering safety, advocacy, and long-term support. Our Associate Director of Marketing, Angela Brett, contributes pro bono hours to help shape their strategic marketing planning, strengthening their voice and impact across the region.
