Vanessa Forster

People Manager

Vanessa has worked in Financial Services for the last 20 years, firstly in London before relocating to Kent.

She has had administration experience in Life and Pensions departments, as well as a Life Company Branch office before joining a Maidstone based IFA as a Personal Assistant. She returned to Norfolk in 1999 and joined Virgin Direct as a telephone based Sales Adviser dealing with Life, Pension, and Mortgage products.

She joined Chadwicks in 2001 as Office Manager in an administration and sales support role dealing with all aspects of the advice and sales process as well as the day to day running of the office.

Vanessa has an honours degree in Leadership and Management. She is currently studying for her Chartered Manager qualification.
