Our approach to client care
Trust. The most important element in our relationship with our clients.
Our clients trust us to look after them - to do what we say we will, to act in their best interests and to keep them informed. This starts with ensuring we have a clear understanding of your situation, be it personal or business, and your expectations and objectives. Only when we have this understanding will we make recommendations.
We value the trust our clients give us and appreciating its importance frames our positive attitude to improvement. Everyone in the company is studying for further qualifications, which reflects our ethos - we are keen to progress, both as individuals and as a firm.
We take pride in our work. Our aim is to achieve the highest standards of both advice and client care. We are large enough to deliver an excellent service, yet small enough for each of our clients to be important.
Our History
15 years of delivering innovative solutions
Chadwicks started life in 1996 with the aim of making your finances one less thing to worry about. Although much has changed over that period our commitment to service and continual improvement has remained constant.
We have always been inclined towards helping small and medium sized businesses, their employees and their owners.
Every client is different, which is what makes our job so interesting, but as we have developed we have seen a clear client journey emerge – the creation, realisation and enjoyment of business value – and we’ve focused on designing services to help you every step of the way.
Building the resources to support your journey has led directly to the development of our Capital Management proposition, a truly innovative investment process, based on sound academic research, that sits at the core of much of our advice.
Fees
The initial meeting to discuss your requirements is at our expense. A fee estimate based on the work required based on our initial discussions is provided for your agreement before work commences. We typically charge a fixed fee for a piece of work. We charge a proportion of the funds under advice for our capital management proposition.
